Prosecco Doc Extra Dry Furlan Giuliano

Our winery is situated in the zone typically adapted for Prosecco wine which identifies itself with the province of Treviso.

Two years ago, the Prosecco wine has received a national award exactly for its authenticity and thanks to the 2009 harvest, it is becoming VINO DOC (Denomination of controlled origin) for all the producers.

The production of Prosecco has to respect an even more rigid discipline in order to safeguard and protect the authenticity of this unique wine.

Our Prosecco DOC

The must obtained from the first grape pressing is left to ferment at a controlled temperature of 16° in order to keep its freshness and fragrance characteristics so typical of Prosecco.
The wine obtained is than put into an autoclave for the production of sparkling wine by means of the charmat method and afterwards, bottled

Clear straw-coloured sparkling wine with fine, persistent perlage, delicate fruity flavour of Golden apples and light taste of exotic and citrus fruits

An ideal aperitif, it perfectly matches with all types of starters and fish dishes
