Classic white, the must remains in contact with the peels for about 12 hours after pressing. The fermentation takes place at controlled tempertures by means of selected yeasts in thermoconditioned steel tanks. At the end of the fermentation, the wine remains for an adequate period of time in contact with the yeasts
